Date and place of birth - 19.09.1958. Agdaban village of Kalbajar region. He is the chairman of Azerbaijan Railways Closed Joint-Stock Company.
He was awarded the Order of Glory by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. In 2007-2014 he was the president of Azerrail volleyball club. He has been the President of the Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation since October 12, 2016. Nationality - Azerbaijani.
